Tickets & booking

• No refunds will be provided in the event of a booking cancellation or no-show.
• There is a strict 24 hour rescheduling policy.
• All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time by call. Any cancellations or missed bookings are non-refundable.
• All sales are final, refunds cannot be made if a member of a party cannot make it.

Games & Showcasing

• In case of escape game, participants must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled game for registration and orientation. All games begin at their scheduled time.
• Late group arrivals to scheduled games will result in reduced game time. No-show for 15 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered for auto-cancellation
• If you are late for your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your game or cut down your game time.

General

• Premises is secured with CCTV cameras, yet management is not responsible for any theft or loss of property of the visitor.
• Guests under the influence are not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to remove guests or groups for any inappropriate, disruptive, and harassing behavior towards other guests or staff members. Refunds in such situations will not be issued.
• The website www.enigmacabins.com is owned and operated by SAI VYUSHTI ENTERTAINMENT PVT LTD. The company holds the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions including any of the contents of the website from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• The above said website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.
